You’ll slow down and work on your form while focusing on the six principles of Pilates: Control\, Concentration\, Centering\, Precision\, Flow\, and Breath. \nProgram Notes: Participants in this program should bring their own yoga mats. \nThis program is presented by Meghan Juras and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with the Crosby Wellness Center. \nAbout the Program Presenter \nMeghan Juras was certified in 2008 as a Classical Pilates Instructor through Classical Pilates USA (formerly the United States Pilates Association.) Her apprenticeship included more than 700 hours of intensive observation and training with Master “2nd Generation” Teachers Jennifer O’Mara\, Brett Howard\, and David Freeman.
