This session will help you learn to be more proactive and selective and better able to focus your limited attention on YOUR life and priorities to feel calmer\, healthier\, and happier. \nIn this workshop\, you can expect to learn the surprising ways stress and attention are linked and how stressed states make us vulnerable to inattention. She specializes in creating innovative \nmovement that makes the most of the individual’s skill level. She has created works in three states\, including directing an original musical presented in New York City. Laura has been an instructor with Studio K and a part of Studio K’s Mobile Team for the last six years. \nKnown as the studio where pop culture meets dance and fitness\, Studio K features the largest offering of dance and fitness classes in the nation for adults of all levels of ability\, ages 14 and up.
