Crosby Wellness Center’s Dawn Marzlock will lead you through standing exercises near our chairs. We will also build our gait and focus on weight shifting. In this class\, we will not only build our balance but also learn how functional fitness and balance are important parts of our everyday life. With these building blocks\, we can continue to enjoy the things we love and want to do throughout our lives\, including sports\, travel\, and living with a full range of movement. She holds a B.A. in communications from U.C.F. and has been sharing fitness instruction for more than 20 years in the community\, teaching mindful movement classes for all ages and levels. Her approach is holistic\, engaging body\, mind and spirit. She modifies for all levels. Her classes are fun and informative\, easy to follow\, and she believes it is never too late to take that first step to begin exercise at any age.
