In this program\, led by HeartMath® Resilience Trainer Stephanie Veraghen\, you’ll learn how the HeartMath® techniques — peer-reviewed research on the science of resilience — can help you thrive in a world of flux\, challenges and opportunities. \nThis program will focus on two key topics: how to incorporate the Heart Mapping Technique into your everyday life and how to tap into your heart’s intelligence to build your own resilience. At the heart of these lessons is your own heart. Kandinsky used vibrant colors and geometric designs in his work. Inspired by this artist\, in this program\, you’ll create abstract heart art in honor of Valentine’s Day. No prior art experience or self-perceived skills required!
