A diet rich in whole grains can lower the risk of heart disease and diabetes and control cholesterol levels. \nThere are simple ways to make whole grains a staple in your everyday diet. \nIn this demonstration-style cooking program\, you will learn versatile uses for a big batch of heart-healthy whole grains. Work smarter\, not harder by cooking one pot of grains and using them in several different dishes throughout the week.
